The present invention relates to a waste cutting oil reuse device, which comprises: a waste cutting oil tank for receiving and storing waste cutting oil used in a processing machine; a waste cutting oil filtering unit for filtering a metal chip from the waste cutting oil supplied to the waste cutting oil tank; a waste cutting oil pre-processing unit for preferentially filtering out relatively large metal chips contained in the waste cutting oil before the waste cutting oil is filtered through the waste cutting oil filtering unit; and a waste cutting oil diluting unit which adjusts the concentration for reuse of the waste cutting oil stored in the waste cutting oil tank. Unlike the prior art, the present invention preferentially filters out the relatively large metal chips among the metal chips included in a cutting fluid through the waste cutting oil pre-processing unit, and separates the remaining metal chips through the waste cutting oil filtering unit, thereby increasing a filtrating rate of cutting oil. 본 발명은 폐절삭유의 재사용장치에 관한 것으로, 가공기에서 사용된 폐절삭유를 공급받아 저장하는 폐절삭유탱크, 폐절삭유탱크로 공급되는 폐절삭유로부터 금속칩을 걸러내는 폐절삭유여과부, 폐절삭유가 폐절삭유여과부를 통해 여과되기 전(前)에 폐절삭유에 함유된 비교적 부피가 큰 금속칩을 우선적으로 걸러내는 폐절삭유전처리부, 및 폐절삭유탱크에 저장되는 폐절삭유의 재사용을 위해 농도를 조정하는 폐절삭유희석부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 종래 기술과 달리 절삭액에 포함된 금속칩 중 비교적 부피가 큰 금속칩을 폐절삭유전처리부에서 우선적으로 걸러낸 후, 폐절삭유여과부를 통해 나머지 금속칩을 분리함으로써, 절삭유의 여과율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
