The present invention relates to a piping system damage determination system and a piping system damage determination method using the same. The piping system damage determination system includes a plurality of valves, a local control unit and a central control unit. The valves, provided on a pipe, individually include a sensor part sensing damage to the pipe, and a driving part opening or blocking the pipe. The local control unit receives information from valves located in a specific zone, thereby determining a position of a damaged pipe in the specific zone, and controlling a driving part of the valves of the specific zone. The central control unit determines the position of the damaged pipe based on a sensing signal provided from the valves, and controls the driving part of the valves. Each of the valves exchanges information between adjacent valves.
