Summary:An electronic system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a lighting, a sensor, and a processor. The lighting outputs light. The sensor includes a pixel array which generates an analog signal based on scattered light according to the output light, and a conversion circuit which converts the analog signal into digital signals separately corresponding to gain values based on the gain values. The processor counts the number of values equal to or greater than the threshold value among the values of the digital signals, and calculates the concentration of fine dust having a target size range based on a change in the counted number according to changes in the gain values. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 시스템은 조명, 센서, 및 프로세서를 포함한다. 조명은 광을 출력한다. 센서는 출력된 광에 따른 산란광에 기초하여 아날로그 신호를 생성하는 픽셀 어레이, 및 이득 값들에 기초하여 아날로그 신호를 이득 값들에 각각 대응되는 디지털 신호들로 변환하는 변환 회로를 포함한다. 프로세서는 디지털 신호들의 값들 중 문턱 값 이상인 값들의 개수를 카운트하고, 이득 값들의 변화에 따른 카운트된 개수의 변화량에 기초하여 타겟 사이즈 범위를 갖는 미세먼지의 농도를 계산한다.
