An energy level of the first compound, which is a delayed fluorescent material, and the second compound, which is a fluorescent material, satisfies a specific condition, thereby lowering a driving voltage of the organic light emitting diode and improving light emitting efficiency. 본 발명은, 제 1 화합물과 제 2 화합물을 포함하며 서로 마주하는 제 1 및 제 2 전극 사이에 위치하는 발광물질층을 포함하는 유기발광다이오드 및 유기발광장치를 제공하며, 지연 형광 물질인 제 1 화합물과 형광 물질인 제 2 화합물의 에너지 준위가 특정 조건을 만족함으로써, 유기발광다이오드의 구동 전압을 낮추고 발광 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
