The present invention discloses a multifunctional complex composition for alleviating and preventing alcoholic liver disease, containing a Ligularia aria fischeri extract and an aronia extract as active ingredients, and a method for producing the same, which comprises the steps of: (a) pulverizing the dried natural product raw material to obtain a dry raw material powder; (b) adding a hydrophilic organic solvent to the dry raw material powder of step (a), and extracting with hot water while stirring, followed by filtering and concentration; (c) lyophilizing and pulverizing the concentrate of the natural product obtained in step (b); (d) obtaining a composite composition by blending the dry powder of the natural product obtained in step (c); and (f) mixing the concentrate obtained in step (b) in a certain ratio, freeze-drying, and pulverizing to prepare a dry composite composition. According to the preparation method of the present invention, alcohol and metabolites thereof and oxidative stress generated in a metabolic process can be reduced by using a combination of the Ligularia aria fischeri extract and the aronia extract, which have different mechanisms involved in alcohol metabolism and have excellent antioxidant effects. It is a useful invention that has a special advantage of developing a food material with has an excellent preventive effect on alcoholic liver disease than a single material using the same. 본 발명은 곰취추출물과 아로니아 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 알코올성 간질환 개선 및 예방용 다기능 복합조성물 및 그 제조방법을 개시하고 이는 (a)건조된 천연물 원료를 분쇄하여 건조원료분말을 얻는 단계; (b)상기 단계 (a)의 건조원료분말에 친수성 유기용매를 가하여 교반하면서 열수추출방법으로 추출한 후 추출액을 여과하고 농축하는 단계; (c)상기 단계 (b)에서 얻은 천연물의 농축물을 동결건조하고 분쇄하여 분말화하는 단계; (d) 상기 단계 (c)에서 얻어진 천연물의 건조분말을 배합하여 복합조성물을 얻는 단계; (f) 상기 단계 (b)단계에서 얻은 농축 물을 일정비율로 혼합한 뒤 동결건조한 후 분쇄하여 복합 건조 조성물을 제조하는 단계로 이루어지고 본 발명의 제조방법에 따라 알코올 대사과정에 관여하는 기작이 각각 다르고 항산화효과가 뛰어난 곰취추출물과 아로니아추출물을 복합적으로 사용함으로써 알코올과 그의 대사산물 및 대사과정에서 발생되는 산화적스트레스를 경감시킬 수 있으며, 이를 활용한 단독소재보다 알코올성 간질환에 대한 예방효과가 뛰어난 식품소재의 개발이 가능한 각별한 장점이 있는 유용한 발명이다.
