Summary:A thermoelectric gate solar cell is provided. A thermoelectric gate solar cell according to the embodiment of the present application includes a substrate (10), a thermoelectric element (20) formed on the substrate (10), a light absorption layer (30) formed on the thermoelectric element (20); a buffer layer (40) formed on the light absorption layer (30) and forming a P-N junction with the light absorption layer (30); a first electrode layer (50) formed on the buffer layer (40); and a second electrode layer (60) formed between the thermoelectric element (20) and the light absorption layer (30) and including a plurality of through pillars (61a, 61b, and 61c).
