The present invention relates to a health promotion system using a real-time activity amount, which collects the activity amount measured by an activity amount measuring device and exposes the same to a screen that users can see, thereby inducing competition among users. The health promotion system using real-time activity amount comprises: an activity amount measuring device installed on a user or a device used to measure and transmit the user's activity amount in real time; an activity amount collecting device for receiving the activity amount data collected from the activity amount measuring device and processing the data; and an activity amount output device for outputting the data processed by the activity amount collecting device and displaying the same to the user. 본 발명은 활동량 측정장치에서 측정된 활동량을 수집하여 사용자들이 볼 수 있는 화면에 노출시킴으로써 사용자들의 활동 경쟁을 유도하는 실시간 활동량을 이용한 건강증진 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 실시간 활동량을 이용한 건강증진 시스템은 사용자 또는 사용기기에 설치되어 실시간으로 사용자의 활동량을 측정하여 전송하는 활동량 측정장치, 상기 활동량 측정장치에서 수집된 활동량 데이터를 전송받아 데이터를 가공하는 활동량 수집장치, 및 상기 활동량 수집장치에서 가공된 데이터를 출력하여 사용자에게 보여주는 활동량 출력장치를 포함한다.
