Disclosed are liquid tea containing active fermented wild cultivated ginseng, which contains an active fermented wild cultivated ginseng extract, a red ginseng extract, a bellflower root concentrate, and a fermented black garlic concentrate to provide an increased immunity enhancement functionality and facilitate intake, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the liquid tea containing active fermented wild cultivated ginseng contains an active fermented wild cultivated ginseng extract as a main ingredient and is manufactured by mixing a red ginseng extract, a bellflower root concentrate, and a fermented black garlic concentrate at a predetermined composition, thereby being a high-functional product with antioxidation, tonicity, fatigue recovery, hangover relief, and detoxification functions while having excellent immunity enhancement function. The tastes and flavors of effective ingredients of the liquid tea containing active fermented wild cultivated ginseng are harmonized with each other, and thus excellent palatability is provided. Moreover, functionality is provided by a small amount (12 g/day), and thus intake and portability are facilitated. 본 발명에서는 활성발효 산양산삼 추출액, 홍삼농축액, 도라지농축액 및 발효흑마늘 농축액을 함유하여 증진된 면역증강 기능성을 갖고, 섭취가 용이한 활성발효 산양산삼 액상차 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 활성발효 산양산삼 액상차는 활성발효 산양산삼 추출액을 주성분으로 함유하고, 홍삼농축액, 도라지 농축액 및 발효흑마늘 농축액을 특정 조성으로 혼합하여 제조됨에 따라서, 우수한 면역증강 효능을 가지면서도 항산화, 자양강장, 피로회복, 숙취개선, 해독기능을 갖는 고기능성 제품이다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 활성발효 산양산삼 액상차는 유효성분들의 맛, 향이 서로 잘 조화되어 기호성도 우수하며, 소량(12g/일)으로 기능성을 나타내므로, 섭취와 휴대가 용이하다.
