Summary:The present invention relates to a novel preservative and a method for manufacturing the same. The preservative of the present invention exhibits excellent antibacterial activity on gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, yeast, and mold, and has high safety. In addition, the method for manufacturing the preservative of the present invention is a method for enzymatically converting a natural phenolic compound, which exhibits a high reaction conversion rate even under environmentally friendly solvent-free reaction conditions at room temperature and pressure in a short time with a small amount of enzyme. 본 발명은 신규한 보존제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명 보존제는 그람 양성균, 그람 음성균, 효모, 곰팡이에 대한 우수한 항균력을 나타내고 안전성이 높다. 또한, 본 발명 보존제 제조방법은 천연 페놀계 화합물을 효소적으로 전환하는 방법으로 적은 양의 효소로 짧은 시간 안에 환경친화적인 상온, 상압의 무용매 반응 조건에서도 높은 반응 전환율을 나타낸다.
