More particularly, the present invention relates to a multi-use laser welding protective glass and a laser welding method using the same, which prevents the metal fragments that are melted and scattered during laser welding from adhering to the protective glass, thus prolonging the life of the protective glass. 본 발명은 레이저 용접 보호글라스 및 이를 이용한 레이저 용접 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 다중 사용이 가능한 레이저 용접 보호글라스 및 이를 이용한 레이저 용접 방법에 관한 것으로서, 레이저 용접시 용접모제 용융되어 비산되는 금속 파편이 보호글라스에 고착되지 않도록 막아주므로 보호글라스의 수명이 연장되는 강점이 발휘된다.
