Summary:The present invention relates to a portable electric winch device of a pylon, which comprises: a winch part which is fastened to a certain height of the pylon and rotates by receiving power from a portable electric drill; and a wire clamp part fastened to a lower portion of the winch part with respect to a predetermined height of the pylon. Due to small volume of the winch device, it is easy to move and install to a high place on the pylon, while safely raising and lowering heavy objects such as materials and equipment by connecting the portable electric drill, and can prevent safety accidents in advance by reducing the fatigue of workers due to the winch operation. 본 발명의 철탑의 휴대용 전동윈치 장치는, 송전철탑의 일정 높이에 체결되어 휴대용 전동드릴의 동력을 전달받아 회전되는 윈치부와, 상기 송전철탑의 일정 높이에 대하여 상기 윈치부의 하부에 체결되는 와이어 클램프부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 되어 있으므로, 부피가 작아서 송전철탑 높은 곳까지 이동 및 설치가 용이하면서도 휴대용 전동드릴을 연결하여 자재 및 장비 등의 중량물을 안전하게 인상 및 인하시킬 수 있고, 윈치작업으로 인한 작업자의 피로감을 줄여 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 것임.
