The present invention relates to a clear paint composition with excellent scratch resistance and chipping resistance and, more specifically, to a clear paint composition comprising: a silane-modified acrylic resin; a first polyester polyol resin; a second polyester polyol resin; a melamine resin; and a urethane resin, wherein the number average molecular weight of the first polyester polyol resin is greater than the number average molecular weight of the second polyester polyol resin. 본 발명은 실란 변성 아크릴 수지, 제1 폴리에스터 폴리올 수지, 제2 폴리에스터 폴리올 수지, 멜라민 수지 및 우레탄 수지를 포함하고, 상기 제1 폴리에스터 폴리올 수지의 수평균분자량은 제2 폴리에스터 폴리올 수지의 수평균분자량 보다 큰, 클리어 도료 조성물 에 관한 것이다.
