Summary:The present invention relates to a capacitive sensor. More particularly, the present invention relates to a capacitive sensor including a porous member. According to the present invention, provided is a capacitive sensor including a porous member, which comprises: a flexible substrate; a lower electrode; an upper electrode; and a moisture-sensitive unit which is interposed between the upper electrode and the lower electrode and can absorb moisture. At least one among the upper electrode, the lower electrode, and the moisture-sensitive unit includes a porous member. By the above configuration, the capacity of a humidity sensor is increased, it is possible to sense even at a small value, and there is an effect of facilitating the deformation of the overall shape. In addition, by enabling heating as well as sensing, there is an effect of increasing the reactivity and preventing heat from being transferred to the outside of the sensor. 본 발명은 정전 용량식 센서에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 다공성 부재를 포함하는 정전 용량식 센서에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 유연 소재의 기판, 하부 전극, 상부 전극, 상부 전극과 하부 전극의 사이에 끼워지며, 수분이 흡착될 수 있는 감습부를 포함하며 상부 전극, 하부 전극과 감습부 중 적어도 어느 하나는 다공성 부재인 다공성 부재를 포함한 정전 용량식 센서를 제안한다. 상기와 같은 구성에 의해 습도센서의 용량을 높이고 적은 값에서도 센싱이 가능하며 전체 형상의 변형이 용이하도록 하는 효과가 있다. 또한, 센싱 뿐 아니라 히팅도 가능하게 함으로써 반응성을 높이고, 센서 외부로 열이 전달되지 않도록 하는 효과가 있다.
