Summary:A method for increasing the productivity of direct-sown microtuber potato seeds is disclosed. According to the method of the present invention, based on the light amount of 130 to 180 umol/m^2/sec, and the composition of an MS medium, a large amount of microtuber potato seeds with a large size can be produced by culturing in a medium condition in which an ammonium nitrate content is adjusted to 800 to 1200 mg/L and potassium nitrate content is adjusted to 3000 to 4000 mg/L. 직파 가능한 마이크로튜버 감자 종자의 생산성을 높일 수 있는 방법이 제시된다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면, 감자 줄기의 조직 배양시에 광량 130 내지 180 umol/m2/sec, MS 배지의 조성을 기초로 질산 암모늄 함량이 800 내지 1200 mg/L 및 질산 칼륨의 함량이 3000 내지 4000 mg/L으로 조정된 배지 조건에서 배양함으로써, 감자 식물체의 생육을 좋게 하여 최종적으로 크기가 큰 마이크로튜버 감자 종자를 다량 생산할 수 있다.
