열전계 방출 전자원으로부터 방출되는 전자빔의 양을 안정화한다. 이를 위해, 침상(針狀)의 전자원(301)과, 전자원이 고정되며, 전자원을 가열하는 금속선(302)과, 절연애자에 고정되며, 금속선에 통전하는 스템(303)과, 제1 개구부(304a)를 갖고, 제1 개구부로부터 전자원의 선단이 돌출하도록 배치되는 제1 전극(304)과, 제2 개구부(306a)를 갖는 제2 전극(306)과, 제1 개구부의 중심축과 제2 개구부의 중심축이 일치하도록 제1 전극과 제2 전극을 위치 결정하고, 제1 전극과 제2 전극의 전기적 절연을 취하는 절연체(307)를 갖는 열전계 방출 전자원에 대해, 제1 전극이 가열되는 것에 의해 방출되는 가스량을 저감하는 구조를 제공한다. To stabilize an emitted electron beam, a thermoelectric field emission electron source includes: an electron source having a needle shape; a metal wire to which the electron source is fixed and configured to heat the electron source; a stem fixed to an insulator and configured to energize the metal wire; a first electrode having a first opening portion and arranged such that a tip of the electron source protrudes from the first opening portion; a second electrode having a second opening portion; and an insulating body configured to position the first electrode and the second electrode such that a central axis of the first opening portion and a central axis of the second opening portion coincide with each other, and to provide electrical insulation between the first and second electrodes, so as to provide a structure that reduces an amount of gas released when the first electrode is heated.
