Summary:Disclosed is an apparatus for predicting the shape of metal nanoparticles in a heat treatment process. The apparatus for predicting the shape of metal nanoparticles in a heat treatment process can comprise: a simulation condition input unit placed to input floor material information, metal nanoparticle formation information, and heat treatment information for predicting a change in the shape of the metal nanoparticles in the heat treatment process; a heat treatment simulation calculation unit checking the inputted floor material information, metal nanoparticle formation information, and heat treatment information, calculating an energy equation of a system where the metal nanoparticles exist based on the checked floor material information and metal nanoparticle formation information, and calculating a shape where the metal nanoparticles change based on the calculated energy equation of the system with the metal nanoparticles existing and the checked heat treatment information; and a simulation result output unit responding to the shape where the calculated metal nanoparticles change, and outputting a prediction result on the shape information where the metal nanoparticles change in the heat treatment process. The present invention aims to provide an apparatus for predicting the shape of the metal nanoparticles in the heat treatment process and a method for predicting thereof, which are able to predict the changes in the shape of the metal nanoparticles in the heat treatment process by using computer simulation over time. 열처리 과정에서의 금속나노입자의 형상 예측 장치가 개시된다. 열처리 과정에서의 금속나노입자의 형상 예측 장치는, 열처리 과정에서 금속나노입자의 형상 변화를 예측하기 위해 바닥재 정보와 금속나노입자 형성 정보와 열처리 정보를 입력하도록 마련된 시뮬레이션 조건 입력부; 입력된 바닥재 정보와 금속나노입자 형성 정보와 열처리 정보를 확인하고, 확인된 바닥재 정보와 금속나노입자 형성 정보에 기초하여 금속나노입자가 존재하는 계의 에너지 방정식을 계산하고, 계산된 금속나노입자가 존재하는 계의 에너지 방정식과 확인된 열처리 정보에 기초하여 금속나노입자가 변화하는 형상을 계산하는 열처리 시뮬레이션 계산부; 및 계산된 금속나노입자가 변화하는 형상에 응답하여 열처리 과정의 금속나노입자의 변화하는 형상 정보에 대한 예측 결과물을 출력하는 시뮬레이션 결과 출력부를 포함할 수 있다.
