The present invention relates to an eco-friendly livestock and poultry breeding method, and more specifically, to an eco-friendly livestock and poultry breeding method, which comprises: a first breeding method of feeding water to which minerals such as zeolite, mica, and kaolin are added to livestock and poultry as drinking water; and a second breeding method of adding nutrients such as calcium, vitamin D and lactic acid to feed or drinking water and feeding the mixture thereof to the livestock and poultry, thereby strengthening the immunity of the livestock and poultry, helping digestion of the livestock and poultry, and satisfying nutritional factors. The eco-friendly livestock and poultry breeding method further comprises a third breeding method of mixing feed with feed auxiliary ingredients such as fermented fish meal with mica added thereto and feeding the mixture thereof to the livestock and poultry, thereby increasing the weight of the livestock and poultry in a short time and increasing efficiency of the feed, such that feed expenses can be reduced. The eco-friendly livestock and poultry breeding method further comprises a fourth breeding method of spreading a rug in which organic matter, inorganic matter, and sawdust are mixed on the floor of a breeding farm and breeding the livestock and poultry, thereby improving the environment of the breeding farm, and allowing for recycling of the rug as an eco-friendly soil conditioner or compost. 본 발명은 친환경 가축가금 사육 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 제올라이트, 운모, 고령토와 같은 광물질이 첨가된 물을 가축가금에 음용수로 공급하는 제1사육방법과; 칼슘, 비타민D, 젖산과 같은 영양성분을 사료 또는 음용수에 첨가하여 가축가금에 급여하는 제2사육방법을; 병행함으로써 가축가금의 면역력 강화하고, 가축가금의 소화를 돕는 것 뿐만 아니라 영양요소를 충족시키며, 나아가 운모가 첨가된 발효어분과 같은 사료보조성분을 사료에 혼합하여 가축가금에 급여하는 제3사육방법을; 병행함으로써 가축가금을 단시간에 증체시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 사료의 효율을 증가시켜 사료비를 절감시킬 수 있고, 또한 유기물, 무기물, 톱밥이 혼합된 깔개를 사육장 바닥에 깔아 가축가금을 사육하는 제4사육방법을; 일체로 병행함으로써 사육장 환경을 개선시킴은 물론, 사용 후 깔개를 친환경 토양개량제 또는 퇴비로 재활용할 수 있는 친환경 가축가금 사육 방법에 관한 것이다.
