According to various embodiments, provided is a holder device, which may include: a sensor module; a frame including the sensor module; a rotating unit provided on the frame and including one or more motors; and a control unit using the sensor module, checking whether a subject included in an image obtained through a camera module is moved to a detection area of the sensor module, and controlling the one or more motors to rotate the camera module and the sensor module, based on the checking of the movement of the subject to the detection area.
