The new cosmetic product planning, development, and production collaboration system comprises: a planning step of accessing a specific site on a computer where a cosmetic product-related database is built, inputting a product plan, receiving approval, and definitizing the product plan through the selection of a partner to manufacture a customized cosmetic product designed by a customer; a development step of realizing product development by specifying product information and development specifications based on the above product plan, confirming a development progress status of the partner, and confirming product evaluations and specifications; and a production step of confirming a production schedule through an order form of a developed product and confirming inspection and shipment information of a finished product to release the product.
