Summary:A carbon dioxide capturing system using a fuel cell according to the present invention comprises: a first electricity production unit supplying hydrocarbon-based fuel to a fuel cell to produce electric energy; a second electricity production unit producing electric energy using moisture separated from unreacted gas discharged from an anode of the fuel cell; a carbon dioxide capturing unit capturing carbon dioxide from the unreacted gas from which the moisture has been removed by the second electricity production unit; and a recirculation unit separating the carbon dioxide from the carbon dioxide capturing unit and burning the discharged off-gas to supply the discharged off-gas back to the fuel cell. 본 발명에 따른 연료전지를 이용한 이산화탄소 포집 시스템은 탄화수소 계열의 연료를 연료전지에 공급하여 전기에너지를 생산하는 제1 전기 생산부; 상기 연료전지의 연료극에서 배출되는 미반응가스로부터 분리된 수분을 이용하여 전기에너지를 생산하는 제2 전기 생산부; 상기 제2 전기 생산부에서 수분이 제거된 상기 미반응가스로부터 이산화탄소를 포집하는 이산화탄소 포집부; 및 상기 이산화탄소 포집부에서 이산화탄소를 분리한 후 배출되는 오프가스를 연소하여 다시 연료전지로 공급하는 재순환부를 포함한다.
