The present invention relates to a fixing jig for constructing a spiral tie reinforcing bar and, more specifically, to a fixing jig for a spiral tie reinforcing bar, characterized in that four fixing plates with a plurality of insertion grooves formed on one side in a width direction thereof are configured to form a quadrangle such that dowel bars are inserted into the insertion grooves so as to correct a vertical error of the dowel bars and uniformly fix the intervals of the dowel bars, and thus, a spiral tie reinforcing bar can be easily installed and inserted.
