Summary:According to an embodiment of the present invention, an imaging apparatus includes: a light source formed to radiate coherent light having a single wavelength; an active light modulator formed to change one of the wavefront and polarization condition of the light radiated from the light source; a diffuser having an irregular structure surface forming a speckle pattern by scattering the light modulated by the active light modulator; an optical system including the speckle pattern and receiving and filtering the light having penetrated a specimen which is a target object; an image sensor obtaining an image created by the light having gone through the optical system; and a processor obtaining a high-resolution image by repetitively polymerizing a plurality of low-resolution images obtained from the image sensor in a Fourier area. Each of the plurality of low-resolution images can be obtained as the active light modulator modulates the light differently. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing the probability of an installation error or an error caused by use. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 영상 기기는, 단일 파장을 갖는 간섭성 광을 조사하도록 구성되는 광원과, 광원에서 조사된 광의 파면 및 편광 상태 중 어느 하나를 변화시키도록 구성되는 능동 광 변조기와, 능동 광 변조기에서 변조된 광을 산란시켜 스펙클 패턴을 형성하는 불규칙한 구조 표면을 가지는 디퓨저와, 스펙클 패턴을 포함하고 대상체인 시료를 투과한 광이 입사되어 필터링되는 광학계와, 광학계를 거친 광에 의해 생성되는 이미지를 획득하는 이미지 센서와, 이미지 센서에서 획득된 복수개의 저해상도 이미지를 푸리에 영역에서 반복적으로 중합하여 고해상도 이미지를 얻는 프로세서를 포함하며, 복수개의 저해상도 이미지의 각각은 능동 광 변조기가 광을 상이하게 변조하여 획득될 수 있다.
