Summary:In an automatic cooking method of food ingredients by an automatic cooking system according to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the automatic cooking method of food ingredients, comprising the steps of: receiving cooking information; selecting a container in which food ingredients are stored based on the cooking information; moving the selected container toward a cooking unit; discharging the food ingredients from the moved container and putting the same into the cooking unit; moving the container from which the food ingredients are discharged away from the cooking unit; heating and cooking the inputted food ingredients in the cooking unit; and discharging the cooked food ingredients. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자동 조리 시스템에 의한 식재료 자동 조리 방법에 있어서, 조리 정보를 수신하는 단계; 상기 조리 정보에 기초하여 식재료가 보관된 컨테이너를 선택하는 단계; 상기 선택된 컨테이너를 조리부쪽으로 이동시키는 단계; 상기 이동된 컨테이너에서 식재료를 토출하여 조리부에 투입하는 단계; 상기 식재료가 토출된 컨테이너를 상기 조리부로부터 멀어지도록 후퇴시키는 단계; 상기 조리부에서 상기 투입된 식재료를 가열 조리하는 단계; 및 상기 조리된 식재료를 토출하는 단계를 포함하는, 식재료 자동 조리 방법을 제공하고자 한다.
