Summary:The present invention relates to a high-calorific value wood-based solid fuel manufactured by mixing wood chip fuel with an additive having a high heat generation property and odor reduction function and, more specifically, to an odor-reduced high-calorific value wood-based solid fuel manufactured by being mixed with an additive and passing through a semi-carbonization process, in which additives including vegetable oil by-products, graphite powder, ferric oxide, pine knot powder, animal fat, calcium hydroxide, and magnesium hydroxide are added so that a heat generation property is increased, and an adsorbent manufactured by coating a positively charged material on a mixture of bottom ash and limestone and an additive including humic acid are added so that odor is reduced. According to the present invention, the additive includes vegetable oil by-products, a mixture of graphite powder and ferric oxide powder, an absorbent, and humic acid. 본 발명은 우드칩 연료에 고발열성과 악취 저감 기능을 갖는 첨가제를 혼합하여 제조된 목질계 고형연료에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 식물성 오일 부산물, 흑연분말, 산화제2철, 관솔분말, 동물성유지 및 수산화칼슘, 수산화마그네슘을 포함하는 첨가제를 투입하여 발열성을 향상시키고, 바텀애시와 석회석 혼합물에 양전하물질을 코팅한 흡착제와 부식산을 포함한 첨가제를 투입하여 악취를 저감시킬 수 있는 첨가제를 혼합하고 반탄화 과정을 거쳐 형성된 악취 저감시킨 고발열량 목질계 고형연료에 관한 것이다.
