Summary:The present invention relates to a retractor for surgical operation, which comprises: a rack guide part having a rack gear having a plurality of teeth formed along the longitudinal direction, and a fixing bracket disposed orthogonally at one end of the rack gear; a pinion moving part having a housing arranged along the longitudinal direction of the rack gear to move reciprocally by the operation of the pinion gear, and a movable bracket arranged on the housing parallel to the fixing bracket; and a traction support part having a plurality of blades which are respectively disposed at the free ends of the fixing bracket and the movable bracket, and are deployable, wherein, preferably, the traction support part can increase the contact area with soft tissues of the incision part by deploying the plurality of blades. 본 발명은 외과수술용 견인기에 관한 것으로, 길이방향을 따라 다수의 톱니를 형성한 랙 기어와, 랙 기어의 일 단부에서 직교되게 배치된 고정 브래킷을 구비한 랙 안내부와; 피니언 기어의 조작으로 랙 기어의 길이방향을 따라 왕복이동가능하게 배치된 하우징과, 고정 브래킷과 평행하게 하우징에 배치된 가동 브래킷을 구비한 피니언 이동부; 및 고정 브래킷과 가동 브래킷의 자유단에 각기 배치되고, 전개가능하게 다수의 블레이드를 구비한 견인 지지부;로 이루어지는데, 바람직하기로 견인 지지부는 다수의 블레이드를 전개하여 절개부의 연부조직과의 접촉 면적을 증가시킬 수 있다.
