The adhesive application device comprises: a stage on which an application object is disposed; a spraying unit spraying an adhesive to the application object; a driving unit for driving the stage and the spraying unit; and a control part controlling the spraying unit and the driving unit, wherein the control part rotates the stage or the spraying unit only in a region where the step of the application object is equal to or greater than a predetermined height when applying the adhesive. 실시예는 도포 대상체가 배치되는 스테이지; 상기 도포 대상체에 접착제를 분사하는 분사 유닛; 상기 스테이지와 분사 유닛을 구동하는 구동 유닛; 및 상기 분사 유닛 및 상기 구동 유닛을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 접착제 도포시 상기 도포 대상체의 단차가 미리 정해진 높이 이상인 영역에서만 상기 스테이지 또는 분사 유닛을 회전시키는 접착제 도포 장치 및 이를 이용한 접착제 도포 방법을 개시한다.
