A Lilium hansonii extract according to the present invention inhibits the activity of tyrosinase and reduces the total amount of melanin to exhibit a skin whitening effect, promotes collagen synthesis in skin fibroblasts and inhibits collagenase activity to alleviate wrinkles and improve skin elasticity, and thus exhibits an anti-glycosylation effect that inhibits glycation.
