Provided is a gas supplier for a thin film deposition device, which includes: a plurality of charge distribution lines connected to a first gas supply source; a plurality of charge tanks respectively connected to the charge distribution lines to charge the first gas supplied from the first gas supply source; a gas supply line connected to a second gas source; and a multi-dosing valve assembly to which outlets of the charge tanks are connected and sequentially supplying the first gas from the charge tanks to a process chamber.
