Summary:Provided are a measuring device and a measuring method, which are designed to measure various physical abilities of a user in a restricted space with a limited scale by using a portable module. The present invention relates to the device, which is designed to transmit an operation signal to induce an operation of a user through four portable modules and a central processing unit equipped with an LED and an optical sensor, and receive a signal according to the operation of the user to evaluate the physical exercise ability through repeated running for measuring the cardiovascular endurance of the user, a Y-test for measuring body conversion ability, and random touch for measuring reflex speed. According to the present invention, the user can measure the various physical exercise abilities in a small space with the minimum system. 포터블 모듈을 활용하여 규모가 제한된 규모가 제한된 공간에서도 사용자의 다양한 신체능력을 측정할 수 있도록 고안된 측정장치 및 측정방법이 제공된다. 즉, 본 발명은 LED와 광센서가 장착된 4개의 포터블 모듈과 중앙처리부를 통해 사용자의 동작을 유도하는 동작신호를 송출하고, 사용자의 동작에 따른 신호를 수신하여 사용자의 심혈관계 지구력을 측정하기 위한 반복달리기, 신체전환능력을 측정하기 위한 Y-테스트, 반사속도를 측정하기 위한 무작위 터치를 통해 신체운동능력을 평가할 수 있도록 고안된 장치이다. 본 발명에 의해 사용자는 소규모의 공간에서 최소한의 시스템으로 다양한 신체운동능력을 측정할 수 있다.
