The present invention relates to an aluminum dross processing device, comprising: a first reactor having a scraper and an air flow control valve; a second reactor of a bent type having an inlet capable of spraying water in two directions from the upper portion and a solution circulation function for concentration of a solution; and a combustor equipped with an ignition device. It is possible to provide an eco-friendly, pollution-free aluminum dross processing device which does not need external energy input since the oxidation heat of aluminum contained in aluminum dross is used, and can recover and utilize a removed chlorine component as an iron chloride solution. 본 발명은 스크래퍼 및 공기유량 조절 밸브를 구비하는 제1 반응기와 상부에서 두 갈래로 물을 분사할 수 있는 투입구와 용액의 농축을 위한 용액 순환 기능을 갖는 굽은 형태의 제2 반응기 및 점화장치를 갖춘 연소기로 구성된 알루미늄 드로스 처리 장치에 관한 것으로, 알루미늄 드로스에 포함되어 있는 알루미늄의 산화열을 이용하기 때문에 외부에너지의 투입이 필요 없고, 제거된 염소성분은 염화철 용액으로 회수하여 활용할 수 있는 친환경 무공해 알루미늄 드로스 처리 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
