Summary: | The present invention relates to a high strength and corrosion resistance zinc-aluminum-magnesium-rare earth alloy-plated fastener and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein fasteners with excellent corrosion resistance are manufactured by plating the fasteners which are made of materials such as SCM or S45C which have a high carbon content and are used for new and renewable energy industrial facilities, high-speed railways and bridges. The present invention consists of a pretreatment process (step S11), a heat treatment process (step S12), a plating process (step S13), a coating layer control process (step S14) and a post-treatment process (step S15), and present invention establishes high-performance fastener manufacturing technology, which will significantly contribute to the growth of the new and renewable energy market and secure national technological competitiveness by providing cost reduction, durability improvement, and maintenance cost reduction effects in the industry.
본 발명은 SCM 또는 S45C와 같이 탄소 함유량이 높고 신재생에너지 산업설비용 및 고속철도와 교량용 등에 사용되는 소재의 화스너를 도금하여 내식성이 우수한 화스너로 제조하기 위한 고강도 및 고내식성의 아연-알루미늄-마그네슘-희토류계 합금 도금 화스너의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이는 전처리 공정(S11 단계), 열처리 공정(S12 단계), 도금처리 공정(S13 단계), 코팅층 제어공정(S14 단계) 및 후처리 공정(S15 단계)로 구성하여서, 고성능 화스너 제조기술을 확립함으로써 동 산업에서 원가절감 및 내구성 향상, 유지비용 절감효과를 제공하여 신재생에너지 시장성장 및 국가 기술경쟁력확보에 큰 기여를 하게 되는 효과를 제공한다. |
