A technical idea of the present invention provides a substrate bonding device which comprises: a first bonding chuck configured to support a first substrate; and a second bonding chuck configured to be disposed to face the first bonding chuck and to support a second substrate, wherein the first bonding chuck includes: a first base; a first deformable plate mounted on the first base to support the first substrate and to have a variable distance from the first base; and a first piezoelectric sheet attached to the first deformable plate and deformed in accordance with applied power to deform the first deformable plate.
