Summary:Disclosed is a pretreatment method of a skin substitute sample for assessment of the fine dust adhesion prevention effect of the cosmetic. According to the present invention, the pretreatment method comprises the steps of: a) applying artificial sebum to some of a plurality of skin substitute samples, and applying artificial sebum and cosmetic samples to the rest; and b) drying the skin substitute sample applied with the artificial sebum or the skin substitute sample coated with the artificial sebum and cosmetic sample in the step a) at a temperature of 30 to 40 °C and a relative humidity (RH) of 20 to 60% for 11 to 59 minutes. Specifically, according to the present invention, according to the pretreatment method of the skin substitute sample for assessment of the fine dust adhesion prevention effect of the cosmetic, since it does not target the human body, there is no risk, and it is economical in terms of cost and time, and the same result as that of the human body can be derived. 본 발명은, a) 복수 개의 피부대체샘플의 일부에 인공피지를 도포하고, 나머지에는 인공피지 및 화장료 시료를 도포하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 단계 a)에서 인공피지, 또는 인공피지 및 화장료 시료가 도포된 피부대체샘플을 30 내지 40℃의 온도 및 20 내지 60%의 상대습도(relative humidity, RH)에서 11 내지 59분 동안 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 화장료의 미세먼지 부착 저해 효능 평가를 위한 피부대체샘플의 전처리 방법을 개시한다. 구체적으로, 본 발명에 의한 화장료의 미세먼지 부착 저해 효능 평가를 위한 피부대체샘플의 전처리 방법에 따르면, 인체를 대상으로 하지 않아 위험성이 없고 비용 및 시간 측면에서 경제적이면서도 인체를 대상으로 한 경우와 동등한 결과가 도출될 수 있다.
