In one aspect of the present invention, a method for deriving a K-index, which is an index of a Korean food diet, includes the steps of: providing preset questions related to the Korean food diet to a user; receiving the user′s response to the preset questions; and, as a step of deriving the K-index based on the user′s response, deriving the K-index from a total score given according to the user′s response to all predetermined questions in case a pre-allocated predetermined score is given when the user′s response satisfies a scoring criterion and the scoring criterion is set for each predetermined question. The preset questions may be grouped into at least one group based on at least one metabolic disease associated therewith. 본 발명의 일 양상은, 한식 식단 지표인 K-index 도출 방법에 있어서, 상기 한식 식단과 관련된 기설정된 질문들을 사용자에게 제공하는 단계; 상기 기설정된 질문들에 대한 상기 사용자의 응답을 입력받는 단계; 및 상기 사용자의 응답을 기초로 상기 K-index를 도출하는 단계로서, 각 기설정된 질문별로 점수 부여 기준이 설정되며, 상기 사용자의 응답이 상기 점수 부여 기준을 만족하면 미리 할당된 소정의 점수가 부여되는 경우, 모든 기설정된 질문들에 대한 상기 사용자의 응답에 따라 부여된 총점을 상기 K-index로서 도출하는 단계; 를 포함하되, 상기 기설정된 질문들은 연계된 적어도 하나의 대사성 질병을 기초로 적어도 하나의 그룹으로 그룹핑될 수 있다.
