Provided is a method for a receiving device interlocking with a capsule endoscope to control the capsule endoscope. When the capsule endoscope receives a digestive tract image for any digestive tract which is photographed, it is determined whether a lesion is detected in the digestive tract from the digestive tract image. A control signal is generated so that the capsule endoscope operates in any one mode of a plurality of modes according to whether a lesion is detected or whether any digestive tract is a preset region of interest, and the control signal is transmitted to the capsule endoscope, so that any digestive tract is photographed in any one mode among the plurality of modes. 캡슐 내시경과 연동하는 수신 장치가 캡슐 내시경을 제어하는 방법으로서, 캡슐 내시경이 촬영한 임의의 소화기관에 대한 소화기관 이미지를 수신하면, 소화기관 이미지로부터 소화기관에 병변이 검출되었는지 판단한다. 병변의 검출 여부, 임의의 소화기관이 미리 설정된 관심 영역인지 여부에 따라, 캡슐 내시경이 복수의 모드들 중 어느 하나의 모드로 동작하도록 제어 신호를 생성하고, 제어 신호를 캡슐 내시경으로 전송하여, 복수의 모드들 중 어느 하나의 모드로 임의의 소화기관이 촬영되도록 제어한다.
