Summary: | The present invention relates to a honeycomb structure for a selective catalytic reduction catalyst, comprising: titania carrier particles formed from a composition for preparing a carrier comprising a silicon dioxide compound and metatitanic acid raw materials in a weight ratio of 1 : 9 to 1 : 11, and supported with silicon dioxide on the surface, and to a method for preparing the same. Through the present invention, provided are: the honeycomb structure for a selective catalytic reduction catalyst, having excellent abrasion resistance and strength, capable of reducing physical damage due to wear and drift, having a high degree of strength improvement over time, and having excellent compressive strength and hardness; and an economical preparation method thereof.
본 발명은 이산화규소 화합물 및 메타티탄산 원료를 1:9 내지 1:11의 중량비로 포함하는 담지체 제조용 조성물로부터 형성되고, 이산화규소가 표면에 담지된 티타니아 담지체 입자; 를 포함하는 선택적촉매환원 촉매용 하니컴 구조체 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해, 본 발명은 내마모성 및 강도가 우수하며, 마모 및 편류에 의한 물리적 손상을 저감할 수 있고, 경시적인 강도 향상도가 높고, 압축강도 및 경도가 우수한 선택적촉매환원 촉매용 하니컴 구조체 및 이의 경제적인 제조 방법을 제공한다. |
