Summary:The present invention relates to an electrode drying apparatus having a moisture supply unit and an electrode drying method using the same capable of setting the internal temperature of a drying oven to a reference value that is the drying stabilization level of an electrode to be dried before starting the electrode drying process with hot air, and thus preventing the electrode from being damaged by overdrying at the beginning of drying the electrode in the drying oven. 본 발명은 열풍을 이용한 전극 건조 공정을 시작하기 전에 건조 오븐의 내부 온도를 건조대상 전극의 건조 안정화 수준인 기준치로 설정해줄 수 있으며, 이에 따라 상기 건조 오븐 내에서 전극의 건조 초반 과건조에 의해 전극이 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 수분공급부가 구비된 전극 건조 장치 및 이를 이용한 전극 건조 방법에 관한 것이다.
