A debugger blocking method and system for program protection are provided. A debugger blocking method executed by a processor in a computer can comprise the steps of: executing a preoccupancy process for occupying, in advance, a debuggee process in response to the execution of the debuggee process, associated with a computer program, in order to protect a debugging operation for the computer program; and occupying, in advance, a debugging operation for the debuggee process by connecting the executed preoccupancy process to the debuggee process through system calling.
