An objective of the present invention is to provide a display panel and a display apparatus including the same, capable of improving a quality by forming opposing electrodes on a main display area on which a plurality of main pixels are arranged and an auxiliary display area on which a component is arranged by using a partition. The display panel comprises: a substrate including a main display area and an auxiliary display area having a first pixel area, a second pixel area, and a penetration area; a first pixel positioned on the first pixel area, and including a first pixel electrode, a first opposing electrode, and a first middle layer arranged between the first pixel electrode and the first opposing electrode; a second pixel positioned on the second pixel area, and including a second pixel electrode, a second opposing electrode, and a second middle layer arranged between the second pixel electrode and the second opposing electrode; a pixel definition film arranged on the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode, and having a first opening and a second opening exposing the centers of the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode; and a first partition arranged on the pixel definition film between the first pixel and the second pixel, and allowing the first opposing electrode and the second opposing electrode to be overlapped on the upper surface thereof. 본 발명은 컴포넌트가 배치되는 보조표시영역과 복수의 메인 화소들이 배치되는 메인표시영역 상에 격벽을 이용하여 대향전극을 형성함으로써 품질이 향상된 디스플레이 패널 및 이를 포함한 디스플레이 장치를 위하여, 메인표시영역 및 제1 화소영역, 제2 화소영역과 투과영역을 구비한 보조표시영역을 포함하는, 기판; 상기 제1 화소영역 상에 위치하며, 제1 화소전극, 제1 대향전극 및 상기 제1 화소전극과 상기 제1 대향전극 사이에 배치되는 제1 중간층을 포함하는, 제1 화소; 상기 제2 화소영역 상에 위치하며, 제2 화소전극, 제2 대향전극 및 상기 제2 화소전극과 상기 제2 대향전극 사이에 배치되는 제2 중간층을 포함하는, 제2 화소; 상기 제1 화소전극 및 상기 제2 화소전극 상에 배치되고, 상기 제1 화소전극 및 상기 제2 화소전극 각각의 중앙부를 노출시키는 제1 개구 및 제2 개구를 갖는 화소정의막; 및 상기 제1 화소와 상기 제2 화소 사이의 상기 화소정의막 상에 배치되고, 상면 상에서 상기 제1 대향전극과 상기 제2 대향전극이 서로 중첩하는, 제1 격벽;을 구비하는, 디스플레이 패널 및 이를 포함한 디스플레이 장치를 제공한다.
