Summary:One embodiment of the present invention discloses a display device that the quality can be improved. The display device comprises: a substrate including a first display area and a second display area having transmission units; first counter electrodes spaced apart from each other on the substrate; and second counter electrodes including an overlapping unit overlapping the first counter electrodes on the substrate and spaced apart from each other. In the second display area, connection counter electrodes that the first counter electrodes and the second counter electrodes are connected by the overlapping unit are alternately disposed with the transmissive units. Each of the first counter electrodes is disposed to correspond to a first pixel area including a plurality of sub-pixels.
