Disclosed is an environmental data generating apparatus for generating environmental data representing a surrounding environment of construction equipment. According to the present invention, the environmental data generating apparatus comprises: a member position data generation module for generating member position data including coordinates of members of the construction equipment; an environment data generation module for generating first environmental data representing the surrounding environment of the construction equipment; and a data processing module configured to generate second environmental data indicating that the member of the construction equipment is excluded from the surrounding environment by excluding data representing the member of the construction equipment from the first environmental data based on the member position data. 건설기계의 주변 환경을 나타내는 환경 데이터를 생성하기 위한 환경 데이터 생성 장치가 개시된다. 상기 환경 데이터 생성 장치는, 상기 건설기계의 부재의 좌표를 포함하는 부재 위치 데이터를 생성하는 부재 위치 데이터 생성 모듈, 상기 건설기계의 주변 환경을 나타내는 제1환경 데이터를 생성하는 환경 데이터 생성 모듈 및 상기 부재 위치 데이터에 기초하여 상기 제1환경 데이터 중 상기 건설기계의 부재를 나타내는 데이터를 제외시킴으로써, 상기 주변 환경 중 상기 건설기계의 부재가 제외된 것을 나타내는 제2환경 데이터를 생성하는 데이터 처리 모듈을 포함한다.
