Summary: | The present invention is to provide: a detergent-free decellularization method of xenogenic biological tissues for human body surgery, in which the pericardium, blood vessels, other membrane-like biological tissues, and the like are decellularized to have resistance to mechanical property loss, mineralization and immune reactivity; and decellularized tissues. Decellularized tissues, according to the present invention, when compared to untreated tissues, have effects of having greater calcification reduction in vivo, improving blood compatibility and biocompatibility, reducing tissue thickness, and increasing tensile strength, kink resistance and the like.
본 발명은 심낭, 혈관 및 다른 막 유사 생체 조직 등을 무세포화 처리하여, 역학적 성질의 손실, 무기화 및 면역 반응성에 내성을 갖도록 하는, 인체 수술을 위한 이종 생체 조직의 무세제 무세포화 처리방법 및 무세포화 처리된 조직을 제공하고자 한다. 본 발명에 따라 무세포화 처리된 조직은 처리되지 않은 조직보다 생체 내에서 석회화가 감소하고, 혈액적합성 및 생체적합성이 향상되며, 조직의 두께가 감소하고, 인장 강도 및 꼬임 저항 등이 증가하는 우수한 효과가 있다. |
