Disclosed are a wide angle lens system and a photographing system having the same. The wide angle lens system comprises a first lens having negative refractive power and having an upper surface having a positive curvature; a second lens having the positive refractive power and having an object side surface and an upper surface which has a positive curvature; and a third lens having the positive refractive power and having an upper surface having a negative curvature. The lenses are sequentially installed from an object side to an image side. The present invention can reduce manufacturing costs while effectively capturing a narrow space. 본 발명은, 물체측(object side)으로부터 상측(image side)으로 순서대로 설치되며, 부의 굴절력을 가지고, 상측 면이 정의 곡률을 가지는 제1 렌즈; 정의 굴절력을 가지며, 물체측 면과 상측 면이 모두 정의 곡률을 가지는 제2 렌즈; 및 정의 굴절력을 가지고, 상측 면이 부의 곡률을 가지는 제3 렌즈를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광각렌즈 시스템을 개시한다.
