Summary:The present invention relates to a method of sterilizing a virus in bee venom by irradiating electron beam (E-beam) to bee venom, and verifying whether the virus is sterilized or not by a sterilization process using a model virus. By using the method of sterilizing viruses in bee venom, including the step of irradiating the E-beam to the bee venom of the present invention, microorganisms present in bee venom can be sterilized. Accordingly, unlike the existing sterilization process, the active ingredient of bee venom is not changed, and it is possible to prepare the bee venom that is safe and sterilized for the human body. In addition, by using the process of confirming sterilization using the model virus of the present invention, it is possible to effectively confirm that all viruses in bee venom are sterilized, thereby preparing safe bee venom with verified sterilization. 본 발명은 E-빔을 봉독에 조사하여, 봉독 내 바이러스를 멸균하고, 멸균 공정에 의한 바이러스의 멸균 여부를 모델바이러스를 이용하여 검증하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 E-빔(electron beam)을 봉독에 조사하는 단계;를 포함하는 봉독 내 바이러스를 멸균하는 방법을 이용하면, 봉독 내 존재하는 미생물을 멸균할 수 있으며, 이를 통해서 기존 멸균 공정과 달리 봉독의 유효성분을 변화시키지 않으며, 인체에 안전하고 멸균된 봉독을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 모델 바이러스를 이용한 멸균 여부를 확인하는 공정을 이용하면, 봉독 내에 바이러스가 모두 멸균된 것을 효과적으로 확인하여, 멸균이 검증된 안전한 봉독을 제조할 수 있다.
