The present invention relates to a structure for preventing a movement of a sliding door and, more specifically, to a structure capable of preventing a movement of a sliding door by having a lifter moving along a lower rail in a sliding door-mounted vehicle having a center rail and the lower rail only. To achieve the objective, the structure for preventing a movement of a sliding door comprises: a lower rail mounted on a vehicle body in a longitudinal direction; a slider inserted into the lower rail to be coupled to be rolled and moved; a swing arm rotatably coupled to a door of a vehicle and the slider; and a lifter wherein one end thereof is rotatably coupled to the swing arm and the other end thereof is rotatably coupled to the door to move in accordance with a rotary motion or a straight-line motion of the swing arm. One end of the swing arm is coupled to the door and the other end of the lifter is coupled to the door support the door while being separated from each other by a prescribed distance. 본 발명은 슬라이딩 도어의 유동 방지구조로서, 특히 센터 레일과 로워 레일 만을 구비한 슬라이딩 도어 장착 차량에서 로워 레일을 따라 이동하는 리프터를 구비하여 슬라이딩 도어의 유동을 방지할 수 있는 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상술한 과제를 해결하기 위해 차체에 길이 방향을 따라 장착된 로워 레일; 상기 로워 레일에 삽입되어 구름 이동 가능하게 결합된 슬라이더; 상기 슬라이더 및 차량의 도어와 회전 가능하게 결합된 스윙암; 및 일단은 상기 스윙암에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 타단은 상기 도어에 회전 가능하게 결합되어 상기 스윙암의 직선운동 또는 회전운동을 따라 이동하는 리프터;를 포함하고, 상기 도어에 결합된 상기 스위암의 일단과, 상기 도어에 결합된 상기 리프터의 타단은 서로 일정 거리 이격된 상태로 상기 도어를 지지하는 슬라이딩 도어의 유동 방지구조를 제공한다.
