Provided is a method for managing a plurality of remote radio heads (RRHs) in a communication network. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: determining whether an RRH is defective using a model to detect defects in the RRH based on at least one piece of operation information of the RRH each corresponding to a plurality timestamps in response to an alarm that a value of an operation parameter of an RRH among the plurality of RRHs is out of a predetermined range; and if it is determined that the RRH is defective, issuing a notification indicating that the RRH is defective. 통신 네트워크에서 복수의 원격 무선 헤드(RRH)들을 관리하기 위한 방법이 제공된다. 상기 방법은, 상기 복수의 RRH들 중 RRH의 동작 파라미터의 값이 미리 결정된 범위를 벗어난다는 경보에 응답하여, 복수의 타임스탬프들에 각각 대응하는, 상기 RRH의 하나 이상의 동작 정보에 기초하여, RRH의 결함을 검출하기 위한 모델을 이용하여, 상기 RRH가 결함이 있는지 여부를 판단하는 단계, 및 상기 RRH가 결함이 있는 것으로 판단되는 경우, 상기 RRH가 결함이 있다는 것을 나타내는 통지를 발행하는 단계를 포함한다.
