The present invention relates to: a cover window for a flexible display apparatus, comprising a laminate which includes a light-transmitting substrate, and a first hard coating layer and a second hard coating layer respectively formed on both surfaces of the light-transmitting substrate. The modulus ratio of the first hard coating layer to the total modulus of the laminate is 1.5 to 2.0, and the surface pencil hardness measured from the side of the first hard coating layer is 5 H or more on the basis of 750 g. The present invention also relates to a flexible display apparatus comprising the cover window.
