Summary:The present invention relates to a tile-stacked structure solar module including two or more solar cell cells which can increase solar cell efficiency. The solar cell cells comprise: a finger electrode arranged parallel to an upper surface; a finger auxiliary line vertically connecting the finger electrode; and a rear electrode disposed on a lower surface. The solar cells are overlapped and connected by a conductive adhesive layer interposed between upper and lower rear electrodes of the finger auxiliary line. 본원은 태양전지 셀을 둘 이상 포함하는 기와 적층 구조 태양광 모듈에 있어서, 상기 태양전지 셀은 상면에 평행하게 배열된 핑거 전극, 상기 핑거 전극을 수직으로 연결하는 핑거 보조선 및 하면에 배치된 후면 전극을 포함하고, 상기 태양전지 셀들은 상기 핑거 보조선 상부 및 하기 후면 하부 전극 사이에 개재된 도전성 접착층에 의해 중첩적으로 연결된 것인, 기와 적층 구조 태양광 모듈에 관한 것이다.
