Balloon guide catheters having multiple sleeved inflation lumens and proximal luers for utilizing the multiple inflation lumens are also provided. 개선된 팽창 루멘 비틀림 보호를 위해 와이어 랩(wire wrap)으로 고정된 슬리브형 팽창 루멘 및 용접된 벌룬 구성을 갖는 벌룬 가이드 카테터가 그의 외측 프로파일에 비해 예외적으로 큰 내측 루멘을 가진 강건하고 가요성인 카테터를 제공하고 고도로 전달가능하고 비틀림 저항성인 카테터 내에서의 신속하고 신뢰성 있는 벌룬 팽창 및 수축을 가능하게 한다. 다수의 슬리브형 팽창 루멘을 갖는 벌룬 가이드 카테터 및 다수의 팽창 루멘을 이용하기 위한 근위 루어가 또한 제공된다.
