Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing spherical alumina (Al_2O_3) powder. Provided are the method for manufacturing spherical alumina powder and a heat-dissipating composite containing spherical alumina powder manufactured by the method, wherein the method includes the steps of: (i) mixing at least one Al-precursor powder selected from a group consisting of Al(OH)_3, bohemite (AlO(OH)), and amorphous Al_2O_3 with a flux material including P_2O_5 to prepare a mixture; and (ii) heat-treating the mixture prepared in the step (i) at 600-1300°C.
본 발명은, , 구형의 알루미나(Al2O3) 분말을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, (i) Al(OH)3, bohemite(AlO(OH)), 및 무정형의 Al2O3로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 Al-전구체 분말, 및 P2O5를 포함하는 플럭스(Flux) 물질을 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 과정; (ii) 상기 과정(i)에서 제조된 혼합물을 600℃ 내지 1300℃ 의 온도 범위에서 열처리하는 과정; 을 포함하는 구형의 알루미나 분말의 제조방법 및 이의 제조방법으로 제조된 구형의 알루미나 분말을 포함하는 방열 복합체를 제공한다. |
